Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2022:
Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Act Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentices Act 1961. There are up to 5636 slots available.
The maximum age for candidates is up to 56 years. The closing date/ time for the Online Application is 30th June 2022 at 10:00 pm.

The candidates finally engaged will be provided Stipends at the prescribed rate as per the provision.

Educational Qualifications for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2022:
The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with the minimum of 50% marks, in aggregate, from the recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training.
Eligibility Criteria for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2022:
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01.04.2022.

Candidates are required to log on to the RRC/NFR website www.nfr.indianrailways.gov.in provided for filling ONLINE applications and fill up the personal details carefully.

Note: During submission of the ONLINE application, a Registration number will be issued to each applicant. Candidates are advised to preserve/note their Registration Number for further stages of the engagement process/correspondence with RRC.
Selection Procedure for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2022:
Selection will be on the basis of the merit list prepared.
The merit list in each unit will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
A final merit list will be prepared unit-wise, trade wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots in the decreasing order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies.
