Aadhaar Requirement 2022: 

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), has invited applications for filling up 03 posts of Director, 01 posts of Director (Technology), and 01 posts of Assistant Director General (Technology) on a deputation basis on Foreign Service terms. from amongst suitable and eligible officers.

The applications in the prescribed format (Annexure-l) should reach the Director (HR), Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Bangla Sahib Road, Behind Kali Mandir, Gole Market, New Delhi-110001 on or before the last date of receipt of the application. The last date for receipt of applications is 16.08.2022. Application may also be sent through mail on email id: deputation@uidai.net.in.

1. Director- 03

Eligibility Criteria for UIDAI Recruitment 2022:

Essential:

Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR

With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level l2 or above.

OR

Officers from State/ UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization holding a regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

Age below 56 years as on the closing date of the application.

Desirable Experience:

Experience in monitoring and implementation of the large-scale project(s) having multiple ecosystem partners.

Experience in handling matters relating to budget, contract management, coordination, administration, procurement of goods and services, etc.

Experience in e-Governance and ICT-related projects.

2. Director (Technology) – 01

Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR

With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 12 or above.

OR

Officers from State/ UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organisation holding a regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

Four-year degree in Engineering or Technology or Master’s Degree in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by Govt. agencies.

Age below 56 years on the closing date of applications.

Desirable Experience:

Handling ICT/E-governance Projects in Govt./PSU/Autonomous body etc.

Handling IT/Telecom/Networking/Data Centre operations-related works.

Dealing with IT procurements/IT inventory management-related work.

Dealing with planning, execution, and O&M nature of works in technical projects in the field of IT. Software, Telecom, etc.

Handling the work of software development, DATABASE administration Network/Network Security Administration, Linux administration, etc.

Experience in Big Data, DevOps automation, Microservices architecture, Cloud, and understanding of new technology domains like AI/ML, Blockchain technologies, Computer vision, etc.

3. Assistant Director General (Technology) – 01

Essential:

(i) Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; OR

with four years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 11 or above OR Officers from State/UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization holding a regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

(ii) Four-year degree in Engineering or Technology or Master Degree in Computer Application from an institute recognized by Govt. agencies.

(iii) Age below 56 years.

Desirable Experience:

Experience in monitoring and implementation of the large-scale project(s) having multiple ecosystem partners.

Dealing IT procurements/IT inventory management-related work.

Experience in e-Governance and ICT-related projects. Handling the work of software development, DATABASE administration, Network Security Administration, Linux administration, etc.

Experience in Big Data, DevOps automation, and Micro-services architecture. Cloud and understanding of new technology domains like AI/ML, and Blockchain technologies. Computer vision etc

Period of Contract for UIDAI Recruitment 2022:

The period of deputation shall be of five years. The lending department may relieve an officer for a lesser period as per their own policy/rules, which should not be less than three years in any case.
