ASUS has released the Vivobook Go 15 OLED and Vivobook Go 14 notebooks. The new PCs come with AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors. The configuration of the models points to a target clientele on the lower end of the spectrum.
The Vivobook Go 15 OLED has the AMD R5 7520U processor and a 15.6-inch OLED screen. The chipset is produced from TSMC’s 6nm process technology and adopts the Zen2 architecture with four cores and eight threads. The Vivobook Go 15 OLED has a Radeon 610M core display with 16GB LPDDR5 memory and 512GB PCIe 3.0 SSD. The laptop is 17.9mm thick and weighs 1.63kg. It comes in three color variants namely silver, black, and grey-green. The Go 15 OLED has a screen ratio of 16:9, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The Vivobook Go 15 OLED is also Pantone certified.
The Vivobook Go 14 has a similar design to the Vivobook Go 15 OLED but with some changes in components. It weighs 1.38kg and offers up to 250 nits of brightness. The laptop has an optional 14-inch IPS screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The Vivobook 14 has a 45% NTSC color coverage domain. The laptop has a 42kWh battery and it supports 180-degree opening and closing, as well as a touchpad numeric function and up to an R5 7520U processor.
